<Position>

• Title: Security Manager

<Key Responsibilities>

• Supervise and manage security personnel and duty assignments

• Provide close protection and safety management for key personnel

• Oversee facility security and access control operations

• Establish and implement physical security policies

• Coordinate and report with relevant authorities and client organizations

• Lead initial response and reporting procedures in case of incidents

<Qualifications>

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Military background: discharged at or above the rank of NCO

• Proven experience in security operations (management experience required)

• Strong leadership and organizational management skills

• Proficiency in English communication (mandatory)

• Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office and security-related systems)

• High sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability

<Preferred Qualifications>

• Experience in managing large teams

• Possession of relevant security certifications (e.g., Close Protection, Security Instruction License)

• First Aid certification

• Fire Safety certification

• Occupational Safety certification

• Experience in external liaison and client relations
